If you are wanting to trade Stocks, Currency or Commodities then a quality Trading platform is essential. Some of those that are available on the market are very complex, and others are easier to understand.
Before you start using a Trading Platform with real money, check it out. Be sure it shows you the prices that you want. It is very important that the cost of using it is clear too. How is the Platform operator paid, is it a "fee per transaction" or just by the "spread" between the buying and selling prices.
This is worth looking at. But only makes sense in my view if you are all ready an experience trader in the products you are intending to use. If you have traded Stocks and Shares before, then this is an ideal tool. If you have never traded currency then be sure you know what you intend to do before you buy or sell.
Good luck and let me know how you get on with This Tool.

An Income for the Retired
An Income for the Retired.
I have been casting around the Cyber World looking for some way of augmenting my pension in order to do those little extra things that a few more Euros will allow. So far I have very little success.
Most of the articles I read offer advice but for the most part present a sales pitch for a book that describes what one needs to achieve in order to set up a profitable on line business, or blog. Very rarely is practical advice given that a slowing retiree can implement.......
So where do I go from here?
Well this is what I will attempt.
Firstly, ensure that my blogs are alive and well, with Google managed advertisements presented on each page. This may lead to a few cents of income if enough readers are attracted by them.
Secondly, see if I can relate any e-products to the content of my blogs and if so, ensure my readers can find, review and perhaps purchase them.
Thirdly, read other blogs that interest me and share my opinions with other bloggers and their readers so that connections may be made back to my information too.
And later, see if there is a way of setting up a mailing list to which I can directly send interesting articles and product information.
So this is my way of getting started. I hope you will let me know what you think of this and perhaps give me some new and practical ideas.
Have a good day...

Retirement and Finance
If we do not have enough income then we are dependent on some support for our living needs.
Social services in many countries will provide financial aid for basic living and medical costs. In many cases these are means tested. If you have capital above a fairly modest level, for example equity in your home or other savings or investments, then you are often required to liquidate these before the state will step in and help.
If you have financial needs, ask for help from the free sources. There are government information documents that are free, so you do not need to talk directly to an official if you do not want too.

Retirement at Last
Retirement at Last!!!
Are you pleased to have the new found freedom, or is just another reminder that time is winding down?
Well now is the time to choose.
For me it has been a new freedom. For the time being it is a release from the obligation of earning a living but a new dicipline of surviving on a limited income.
In this blog I am going to look at the main issues that us in retirement have to face, and the pleasure and pain that this all brings.
Let me have your comments and questions and we can explore them together.
